Antioxidant punch:
Ingredients:
· Beetroot-250g

Total amount: 750g

· Carrots -250g
|
1 serving= 20g
|
· Tomatoes –150g

· Jaggery – 100 g
|
Method:
- First clean the beetroots, carrots and tomatoes. Peel beetroots and carrots and cut them in desired shape. Keep aside.
- Blend them all together until juice consistency.
- If pulp Is more strain until clear but it is good to keep the pulp remained.
- Now keep a heavy bottomed vessel on stove add jaggery and little amount water.
- Let it dissolve completely.
- Now add the juice to it and let it become thick, like squash consistency on low flame mix well in regular intervals.
- After done take it out let it cool completely.
- Now take an airtight container or jar and pour it and store for further use.

Directions for use:
- Daily take a tablespoon of this in water mix well add lemon and honey. Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves and enjoy the taste.
- This can be prepared once and can be used as squash.
- Shelf life is one month if refrigerated.
- Even you can add your favorite essence in it or cardamom.
- If wanted to avoid jaggery or sweet. Then strain the juice keep on stove and let it become thick until water is evaporated.
- People who want to consume fresh can drink after blend by adding lemon and honey.
- One can even add date syrup in this who don’t want to add jaggery.
- This can be given to children also after 1 year.
