Energy Drink Recipe

  
Energy drink:

Ingredients:

     Ragi flour – 100g                                  Total amount: 240 g

     Milk powder – 50g                                1 serving: 20 g   

     Cashew nuts – 30g

     Almonds – 30g

     Pumpkin seeds – 30g

     Cardamom – 8to10 
(depends on flavor - optional)


Method of preparation:

  • Dry roast Ragi flour and keep aside
  • Dry roast cashews, almonds and pumpkin seeds and let them cool and crush them into small pieces.
  • Now take a clean jar or mixing container add Ragi flour, milk powder and crushed nuts mix well also add powdered cardamom mix well.
  • Transfer it into airtight container and store.

Directions for use:
  •  Take a table spoon full and add this to hot milk and enjoy the taste
  •  you can add sugar according to your taste
  •   As we are adding milk powder there will be some amount of sweetness and also as we added cardamom the flavor will add the scene of sweetness, so in a way it helps in reducing the sugar intake.
